Promotion Period:

1. The promotion begins on Friday, October 25, 2024, and ends at 5:00 pm AEDT on Saturday, October 26, 2024. All eligible test drives and purchases must be completed within this period.

Eligibility:

1. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2. To be eligible, participants must test drive or purchase a vehicle from Chery Chadstone during the Promotion Period that is either in-stock or demonstrator.
3. Employees of Chery Chadstone, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

$500 Test Drive Giveaway:

1. Each customer who completes a test drive during the Promotion Period will automatically enter to win one of two $500 cash prizes.
2. Test drive entries close at 5:00 pm AEDT on October 26, 2024.
3. The draw for the $500 cash prizes will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024.

$2000 Purchase Giveaway:

1. Customers who purchase a new or demonstrator vehicle and take delivery by November 9, 2024 will automatically enter to win one of two $2000 cash prizes.
2. The purchase must be completed and the vehicle picked up by November 9, 2024 to qualify.
3. The draw for the $2000 cash prizes will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024.

Draw and Notification:

1. Winners will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of each draw.

Prize Claim:

1. Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of notification.
2. If a prize remains unclaimed, a redraw may occur on January 9, 2025, under the same conditions as the original draw.

Publicity:

1. By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities, including the use of their name and photo in promotional materials.
